Maybe you can't run the fastest,
Maybe you can't swim the sea,
Maybe you can't type the quickest,
But I love you as whatever you are!
Maybe you can't kick a ball
Or even climb a tree
Maybe you can't roll in the grass
But I still love you as whatever you are.
You see, this is your life
As others would see but
They don't know what it's like
To really be you
So next time you're about
Rolling down the street
Don’t think of you disabled
But someone cool to meet
You have lots you can teach me
You have loads you can share
No one will ever gain your wisdom
If anyone just point and stare
So maybe you can't run the fastest
Maybe you can't kick a ball
But you wouldn't change being you
